Every way your company works, in one place your whole staff can search
The written procedures, the spreadsheet someone quietly maintains, the answers staff keep giving by hand: collected, reconciled, and built into one knowledge base that is easy to keep up to date.
1. I start with people, not documents. I talk to the people doing the work before I touch the files, because the exception everyone knows and the workaround nobody wrote down are often the parts that matter most.
2. Contradictions, duplicates and outdated instructions are resolved before anything goes in.
3. Sections on the left, entries in the middle, and the entry you are reading on the right.
4. Each reader's own browser remembers what they have read, so they can pick up where they left off.
5. It opens from a folder with no internet connection. Nothing is fetched at read time and nothing is sent anywhere.
6. No database, no accounts to sign into, and no subscription.
7. Your colors and type, or one of four ready-made color schemes.
8. Three builds are running on this site now: the Acme Co. demonstration (14 entries), the Site Knowledge Base (22 entries), and Story Techniques (188 cards in one file).
When someone asks your AI what “on time” means, it should find your answer
When an AI assistant gets your business wrong, the cause is usually the information it reads, not the assistant. I don't replace your AI tools. I fix what they read.
1. True. It matches how you actually work.
2. Consistent. No two sources say different things.
3. Written down. Nothing important lives only in someone's head.
4. Current. Old instructions don't pass for policy.
5. To prove it, I collect the real questions your staff and customers ask, run them against the AI tools you use, and judge the answers against what is true.
6. After the build the same questions run again, so you see the difference.
7. The questions and the standard for a good answer are yours. Rerun them whenever the content changes, or hand them to another supplier.
It stays current because keeping it current is easy
Your people update it by hand in a few minutes. Agents, AI programs that carry out a whole task from start to finish, do the routine upkeep and the repetitive work around it.
1. To change an entry, edit one plain text file. One command rebuilds every page, with the navigation and the index built in.
2. Site checker. Goes through every page and link, finds what is broken or missing, and writes a report you can act on.
3. Answer test. Reruns your questions against your AI tools after a change, so you know the answers are still right.
4. Which other agents you get depends on what your company does. Client onboarding: a welcome email, a contract drafted from your template, and the project folders, set up in one run. Inbox sorting: incoming mail sorted into urgent, leads and spam, with a daily summary. Marketing content: a topic or a product page turned into a blog post and a week of social posts, in your voice. Translation: copy adapted between Dutch and English, including formal and casual tone.
5. Your content is yours, and I never reuse it. Your copy of the knowledge base is yours to use, change and host for as many people as you like: inside your organization, on a public website, or with your own clients, with no further payment.
6. The program underneath is shared. It is the same one that runs the examples on this site, so I keep the right to use it for other clients, and you can't resell it as a product.
PRICE. From €3,000: up to 40 entries built from material you already have in writing, in your colors, with one round of changes after you see the draft and a short guide for adding entries yourself. Collecting what is not written down yet, the AI answer test, and agents are quoted after the first conversation. You see the scope and price before you commit.
