How to use Boffo
  1. Choose a response mode and a task above.
  2. Paste a scene or a chapter, up to about 8,000 words.
  3. Press Run Boffo. A reading takes a minute or two; Boffobot shows each stage.
  4. Open "Your text" beside the reading to check what it quotes.
  5. Answer Boffo's questions, ask your own, or pick up to three more passes. Each reading allows three follow-ups.
  6. Press New reading to start again with the same text.

Privacy

Your text goes to Claude and the reply comes back to this page. A copy of your text, any follow-ups, and Boffo's replies is emailed to me so I can review their quality; they are not published or passed on. The conversation itself is kept only in this page. Anthropic, which runs Claude, deletes requests and replies within 30 days and does not train its models on them. If a draft is sensitive, send a scene rather than the manuscript.
